Main weak points:

All of this can easily cost us 20-40 minutes

The group is arriving in two batches. Both groups are landing at Zagreb Airport (ZAG) on May 3, 2026, with the following arrival schedule:

13:10 – first group
14:10 – second group

We will meet them at 13:10 and will need to wait for the second group, so we’ll spend some time at the airport until they arrive.

We will bring two boxes of nicely arranged, high-quality food from Rijeka – one box focused on cheeses, the other with salami and prosciutto. Everything comes from local family farms (OPG), not from supermarkets, so the quality is guaranteed. It will be something like a cold platter.

Since the food will be eaten by hand, guests should have alcohol-based hand sanitizing gel with them. Please let them know to buy and bring it. If the airport does not allow this, let me know and I will purchase one or two bottles myself.

The last ferry to Cres on May 3 departs at 21:00, but we will aim for the 20:00 ferry. We will stop in Volosko for a short walk and give them about one hour of free time.

So, if we leave at 15:00, we arrive in Volosko at around 17:00. After approximately one hour there, we will continue towards Brestova in time to comfortably catch the 20:00 ferry.

To ensure smooth logistics, I will coordinate in advance with the driver regarding the exact drop-off and pick-up points in Volosko, so we minimize time lost on parking, unloading, and boarding.

I will purchase and prepare the ferry tickets in advance, but the travel costs must be paid at the latest seven days before arrival. For every expense, I will provide receipts, including for the food and the ferry.

Check-in will be completed in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. Please provide the following guest details as soon as possible:

• Full name
• Travel document number
• Expiry date of the document
•  Nationality
• Date of birth

Return flight details

(Exact departure times and whether the group is again split into batches. This will define departure time from Istria to ensure arrival at Zagreb Airport at least 2 hours before the first flight.)
